Leslie Sanders, LMSW-IPR brings over 25 years’ experience in social services. Leslie has experience in program development, supervision, and oversight of federal grant projects, hospital social work, hospice, behavioral health insurance, partial hospitalization program growth and development, mobile assessment team development and oversight, psychiatric hospital clinical directorship and home health. Leslie believes that all people deserve the opportunity for growth and wellness. Leslie has one child whom she adores and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Leslie serves as Clinical Director and Chief Executive Officer with Sojourn Center.
Robyn Webster, MS, LPC
Facility Director, Therapist
Robyn Webster, MS, LPC provides a comfortable and accepting space to be yourself in. Robyn has worked in a variety of settings such as a college counseling center and a women's correctional facility and with a diverse client base. Robyn works from a Person-Centered approach and believes that connection is the key to therapeutic growth. Robyn has special interest areas in working with individuals that identify as LGBT+ and helping them with the many societal and family stressors that come along with a LGBTQ+ identity. When working with clients Robyn acknowledges all of the intersecting identities that make up a person and respects the uniqueness. Robyn also brings to the table over 8 years of experience working with insurance and billing and can help answer questions that you might have with regards to your coverage, FMLA, or Short-term disability.
Outside of clinical practice, Robyn enjoys playing tennis and spending time with her spouse and their fur kids.

Larry McLaughlin comes to Sojourn Center with a multitude of talent in business management, financial management, and information systems management. Larry has experience serving in the U.S. Air Force for 15 years as a Communications Analysis Specialist. Following his career in the U.S. Air Force Larry began working in the civilian business sector and worked his way up to owning the company for which he was employed, Greenslade & Company. They expanded their global footprint under his helm and opened up distribution centers in Shanghai, China, Mumbai India, and contracting with a representative in Brazil. Larry recently retired from after 12 years at the helm as CEO and Treasurer. Larry’s ambition is to help Sojourn Center grow through effective utilization of relevant financial metrics, reliable information systems, and sound business decisions based on these efficiencies. Larry is excited to have entered the healthcare arena and looks forward to learning and growing with the outstanding patient centered team and approach here at the Sojourn Center.

Lisa Ruth, LVN
Lisa Ruth, LVN joins Sojourn Center with a great deal of experience in the mental health field. Lisa has worked in outpatient clinic, inpatient, and outpatient settings during her 10 years of being a nurse. Lisa takes pride in being able to help clients and to aid in their journey while receiving mental health services. Lisa brings to Sojourn Center over 9 years of experience working in utilization review and works diligently to help the patient’s insurance get an accurate portrait of the patient’s experience. Lisa has worked at all levels of management and has special interest areas in hospital management and crisis prevention. Lisa is a certified Crisis Prevention and Intervention Instructor and has facilitated the training for over 4 years to over 300 people. Outside of work Lisa enjoys sporting events with her children, shopping, and traveling with her husband.
Kimberly Parker, MS, LPC, LCDC
Kimberly Parker, MS, LPC, LCDC joins the team with experience in the mental health field and higher education with specializations in addictions, dual diagnosis, academic counseling, and play therapy. Additionally, she has experience in working with clients who suffer from chronic mental illness (i.e.: schizophrenia, schizoaffective, bipolar disorder, major depressive disorder, etc.) with and without psychotic features. Throughout her time in the mental health field, she has had the opportunity to work with individuals, couples, groups, and families in residential, intensive outpatient and outpatient settings. Kimberly utilizes a client centered approach, as she believes in the power of a strong therapeutic relationship and when beneficial for the client, she implements cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy techniques. Kimberly believes in collaborating with her clients in an effort to ensure that they get back on track and live the lives they were always meant to live!
Outside of work hours, Kimberly is "social butterfly" and enjoys spending time with her family (especially her two nieces and nephew) and exploring DFW (as she is a California native).
